Trotz des „Jobwunders“ stagniert die Zahl der Langzeiterwerbslosen auf hohem Niveau. Arbeitsexperten fordern deshalb seit Jahren einen sozialen Arbeitsmarkt für die Betroffenen mit subventionierten Löhnen.
Wer will, findet einen Job? Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit lehnte einen solche sozialen Arbeitsmarkt bisher rigoros ab, sondern behauptete, in Zeiten des Jobbooms könne jeder und jede, der oder die wolle, einen Job finden. Dies ging einher mit der „Hartz IV Philosophie“, dass Erwerbslose nur erwerbslos seien, weil sie sich nicht genug um eine Stelle kümmern würden. Doch der Boss der Bundesagentur, Detlef Scheele, fordert jetzt selbst einen sozialen Arbeitsmarkt für 100.000 bis 200.000 Langzeitarbeitslose.
Statt Hartz IV reguläre Arbeit Ein sozialer Arbeitsmarkt würde bedeuten: Die Betroffenen bekämen keine Hartz IV Mittel mehr, sondern einen regulären Arbeitsplatz mit Sozialversicherung. Damit wären sie normale Arbeitnehmer.
